Returns

If you need to return an item, we make the process simple:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • If returning due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The prepaid label included in your order is for our Roundabout Recycling Program only and cannot be used for returns. Please use your preferred shipping method to send back your return.
Exchanges

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen when selecting a phone model or style! If you’d like to exchange your item:

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
  • If the exchange is due to a customer preference or selection error, there is a $5.00 flat-rate shipping fee for the replacement.
  • The new item will be shipped once we receive and process the original item.

The prepaid label included in your order is for our Roundabout Recycling Program only and cannot be used for exchanges. Please use your preferred shipping method to send back your exchange.

If Your Item Arrived Incorrect or Defective

If there was an issue with your order due to an error on our end, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

  • Contact support@ecoblvd.com, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • A replacement or refund will be processed as soon as we receive the return.
Important Note About Prepaid Labels

The prepaid label included in your original shipment is for our Roundabout Recycling Program only and cannot be used for returns or exchanges. Any return or exchange should be sent using your preferred shipping method to:

Custom Phone Cases

Verification of Design:

It is crucial to verify your design before submission, as changes cannot be made once the order is processed. EcoBlvd is not responsible for any design errors on the user's end. However, in the case of an error or defect on our part, we will provide a free replacement.

Deviation from Preview:

While we uphold stringent quality standards, if there is a significant deviation from the preview, please contact our customer service, and we will diligently work to resolve the issue.

After-Order Design Changes:

Changes to the design cannot be facilitated once an order is placed and immediately processed. We recommend reviewing the preview meticulously before confirming your order to ensure satisfaction.

50% Restocking Fee Policy:

Customized phone cases are made-to-order and, as such, carry a 50% restocking fee if returned. This fee is necessary as custom cases cannot be resold and must be responsibly disposed of.

Re-ordering and Ordering Multiple Designs:

At this time, re-ordering a customized design or ordering multiple cases with the same design is not a feature we offer. This is to ensure each case is reviewed thoroughly before placement.

We are committed to addressing warranties without adding waste. If there are defects with your product, we will replace it free of charge! To assist us in better understanding and improving our products, photos are required with each warranty claim.
